Shipping policy

Order Processing:

Orders are processed within 24-48 business hours under regular handling conditions.

Delivery times:

  • Shipments have an estimated delivery time of between 15 and 30 business days.
  • In exceptional circumstances, the deadline may be extended up to 40 business days.

Customer Responsibility:

  • It is the customer's responsibility to provide complete and correct information for shipping.
  • If errors are detected in the shipping data, you must immediately contact infoqiora@gmail.com indicating your order number and the correct information.
  • In the case of returns due to incorrect address or incomplete data, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping costs and will not have the right to cancel the order.

Qiora is not responsible for delays caused by transport companies.

  • Insured Priority Shipping: Includes a tracking code and delivery guarantee to the address provided.
